treatment processes. The pressure difference control mechanism is
to open and close the back-blowing process according to the
resistance value of the dust collector. When the resistance of the
dust collector reaches the preset value for dust removal, generally
1200-1500Pa, a control signal to start the back-blowing cycle is
issued, and the dust collector repeats the cycle of "dust
removal-sedimentation-filtration" unit by unit until The resistance
of the dust collector is reduced to the lower limit of the set
resistance, which is generally 1000Pa. The pressure difference
control mechanism can always control the resistance of the dust
collector within the specified range, so that the dust collector
maintains good dust removal efficiency and low operating energy
consumption.
The long bag pulse dust collector is mainly composed of the upper
box body, the middle box body, the ash hopper, the air inlet
equalizing pipe, the bracket, the filter bag and the blowing
device, the ash unloading device, etc., and the dust-containing air
flows from the air inlet of the dust collector. Pipe into the ash
hopper of each compartment, and under the diversion of the ash
hopper diversion device, the large particles of dust are separated
and fall directly into the dust, while the finer dust evenly enters
the middle box and is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter
bag. The clean air enters the upper box and is discharged into the
atmosphere through off-line valves and exhaust pipes. As the
filtering conditions progress, the dust on the filter bag
accumulates more and more. When the equipment resistance reaches

the ash cleaning device automatically closes the off-line valve of
one room according to the set value of differential pressure, the
electromagnetic pulse valve is opened according to the set
procedure to stop the air blowing, and the compressed air is used
to instantly increase the pressure in the filter bag. , Shake off

discharged by the ash discharge mechanism.
